Biogas Digester Plant

Anaerobic Digestion (AD) is a treatment of wastewater in the absence of oxygen, producing biogas that could be used as fuels.  Wastewater treatment using anaerobic process is a very promising technology, which has an added advantage compared to the classic aerobic treatment process.

Profina has a long experience in developed the biogas covered lagoon and anaerobic digester tank system. Biogas is a renewable and clean, source of energy. The plants significantly curb greenhouse effect by capturing and using it as fuel for boiler and gas engine.

Biogas Digester Tank

  • Higher rate of biodegradability of effluent
  • Easier management
  • More stable of biogas generation rate

Biogas Covered Lagoon

  • Low operating cost
  • Low maintenance cost
  • Low in required financial & technical capacity

Bio-Trickling Scrubber

Methane gas can be properly treated and harvest to generate industrial steam and electricity. The most used method for H2S removal from biogas involves adsorption onto chemically active solid media and wet scrubbing. Though these processes are effective, they can be labour intensive and high recurring operating costs.

Profina’s Bio-tricking filter is an environmentally and friendly air pollution control technology with lower labour and operating costs to remove H2S from biogas.

Benefit:

  • Low maintenance & operating cost
  • Environmentally friendly (non-chemical solution)
  • Efficient operation & better result

Biogas Application & Equipment

The biogas equipment could be applied to most boilers with savings that offer real paybacks. Reduced energy cost of the improvements and provide added profits.
